★Galvanized steel + stainless steel
Galvanized steel is utilized for the main components of ventilation ducts, which are cost-effective and resistant to corrosion, with stainless steel employed for those parts that come into contact with high temperatures.
The two materials are combined using laser welding technology, which enables the ducts to endure oil fume erosion at temperatures of 130°C. Stainless steel fittings ensure a tight seal, thereby extending the overall service life by more than three times.
★Aluminum alloy + copper alloy
Copper alloy cooling fins built into the aluminum alloy stamped shell help quickly dissipate heat from the circuitry.
Copper-aluminum riveting technology solves the problem. Differences in thermal expandability, while anodizing improves heat dissipation efficiency and meets IP67 waterproof rating requirements.
★Cold-rolled carbon steel + aluminum plate
Cold-rolled steel frame with aluminum panels. The carbon steel surface is nickel-plated to prevent rust, and the aluminum plate is stamped with a heat dissipation grille.
The bending tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm to ensure that the sealing strip is tightly pressed.
★Stainless steel + brass
The main body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is resistant to chemical corrosion, and is embedded with a brass fluid interface with excellent antibacterial properties.
Precision stamping achieves a 0.1 mm assembly gap, and the brass pipe mouth is rolled and flanged to prevent leakage. It has passed a 134°C high-temperature steam cycle test.
