100x40x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x40x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 56 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the thickness is 40 mm, and the total length is 1.5 meters. Each of these forks is loaded with reverse pre-deformation before leaving the factory, so that the forks present a weak arch in the natural state, with an arch height of about two thousandths of the span. It straightens out exactly when fully loaded, eliminating the inherent sagging feeling of a long cantilever. Each 56-kilogram steel material is continuously cast after hydrogen-oxygen deslag removal to ensure that the entire fork is free of any oxide inclusions. The elastic zone of the fork tip has been precisely calculated to allow controlled elastic bending under extreme loads and full recovery after unloading without leaving permanent deformation. The hook part adopts an unequal thickness design. The upper hook is thicker than the lower hook to compensate for the additional overturning moment caused by the length of 1.5 meters. The product meets ITA, FEM, and ISO standards at the same time, but the opening width of the hook is 0.3 mm larger than the conventional value, specifically adapted to old forklift hanging plates that have been worn for many years.

 

A transverse anti-slip rib is pressed every 200 mm on the fork surface to prevent the goods from sliding backwards under the action of inertia during long-stroke pushing. Each pair of forks is tied back-to-back with a special clamp before packaging, and foam strips are padded to prevent friction with each other during transportation. The unit weight of 56 kg determines that this model must use two lifting points for disassembly and assembly. A pair of threaded lifting eye seats have been prefabricated on the upper surface of the fork.
