150x50x2300 Blank Forks

150x50x2300 Blank Forks weigh 155kg each. The section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and 2.3 meters long. The blank adopts hollow continuous casting and core filling technology. A through hole with a diameter of 25 mm is reserved along the length direction of the blank. A high-strength nylon traction rope is pre-pierced in the hole to facilitate the user to quickly tighten and fix it on the processing table. The fork surface is printed with a 1:1 ratio of ITA, FEM, and ISO hook groove outlines with a line width of 0.5 mm and a depth of 0.2 mm, and the recommended milling speed and feed for each groove are marked on the fork surface. The fork tips have been pre-drilled with two rows of 10 mm diameter weight-reduction holes, and the hole openings are chamfered. Users can decide whether to retain them if they require a heavier or lighter finished product.

 

 

Both end faces of each fork are carburized, and the depth of the hardened layer is 0.6 mm to prevent the end faces from being damaged and deformed during transportation and handling. The material is free-cutting steel 1215, with a sulfur content of 0.25%. The chips are broken during processing and do not wrap around the tool. The surface is coated with water-soluble temporary anti-rust glue, which turns into a transparent soft film after drying and can be removed by hand. The packaging uses a foldable steel-plastic composite frame. Four heavy-duty casters are installed at the bottom of the frame. The single weight of 155 kg and the two lifting rings on the back of the fork allow a single person to push it to any work station.
