120x50x2100 Blank Forks

120x50x2100 Blank Forks weigh 118kg each. The section is 120 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and two meters long. This blank fork is directly formed by electroslag casting. The continuous casting billet is of near net size and the surface is not machined. There is a 2 to 3 mm cast skin left, which contains evenly distributed fine carbide particles. Its wear resistance is better than that of ordinary forgings. Each 118-kg billet is directly diffusion annealed in the as-cast state, and the hardness is controlled between 180 and 220HBW. The heat-affected zone is extremely small when users use gas cutting or plasma cutting. The fork tip area is mechanically pressed with a cross-shaped breaking line in advance. When the user needs to cut the fork to a shorter length, it can be neatly cut off by applying an impact along the breaking line without the need for cutting equipment. The fork surface is sprayed with thermal cutting guide lines with high temperature resistant paint, one every 50 mm, and the theoretical load reference value of the cross-section position is marked.

 

 

The material is made of high manganese steel ZGMn13, and the surface can be work-hardened after water toughening treatment. If the user uses it in a mining area, it can be directly clamped and then strengthened by impact load. No anti-rust layer is applied to the surface, and high manganese steel corrodes slowly in a dry environment. The packaging is in open steel boxes, with each box placed vertically and surrounded by waste conveyor belt buffers. The unit weight of 118 kg must be loaded and unloaded using a forklift or traveling vehicle. The two triangular lifting lug plates on the back of the fork are integrally formed during casting and welding is prohibited. This specification is specially designed for mining crushing stations, railway turnout maintenance bases and cement plant clinker production lines. It can be used as a self-made wear-resistant bushing fork, chute anti-smash plate or vibrating feeder wear-resistant strip.
