150x50x2400 Blank Forks

150x50x2400 Blank Forks have a single weight of 161 kg, a pair rated load capacity of 5800 kg, a load center of 500 mm, and an installation level of 3A. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 2.4 meters. The blank is made from steel ingots and then precision rolled and three-way forged. The streamlines are three-dimensionally distributed along the length of the fork. The six surfaces are CNC gantry milled, with a flatness of 0.04 mm. The verticality and parallelism of each other are better than 0.06 mm, which can be directly used as the zero reference for subsequent processing. A 12mm milling allowance is reserved in the hook area in accordance with the 3A-level hanging plate standard, and a three-point positioning ball pit is machined, which cooperates with the steel ball on the special fixture to achieve sub-millimeter level repeatable positioning. The theoretical center of gravity cross line and two auxiliary alignment reference strips are laser-marked on the fork surface with a width of 15 mm.

 

 

Each end face is implanted with a scannable laser anti-counterfeiting code to obtain the impact energy, hardness scatter plot and full-length straightness testing data of the batch. The material is 35CrMo, which is pre-quenched and tempered to 260 to 290HBW. The hardness fluctuation in the thickness direction does not exceed plus or minus 8HBW. The surface is covered with a peelable hard anti-rust wax film. The wax film is embedded with fluorescent particles, and the complete coverage can be inspected under ultraviolet light. The packaging uses a steel welded frame with shock-absorbing rubber pads. Each frame is fixed vertically with a single frame. The weight of a single frame is 161 kg. With two M30 process lifting holes on the fork back, it can be smoothly transferred to the processing station using a workshop balance crane.
