150x50x2200 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x2200 ITA/FEM/ISO finished fork is 149 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick at the root, and gradually thins to 16 mm toward the fork tip. The fork adopts a full-fiber streamlined closed-die forging process. The hook and the fork body are integrally formed without any subsequent cutting. The metal streamlines are completely distributed along the contour, and the fatigue strength is increased by 35% compared with traditional processes. The fork surface is treated with micro-arc oxidation to form a ceramic layer with a thickness of 25 microns and a hardness of 1200HV. The front edge of the fork tip is surfacing welded with high chromium cast iron and then precision ground to form a hyperboloid guide profile, which automatically centers when inserting a severely deformed pallet, reducing the probability of jamming. The hook positioning surface is processed with radial serrated anti-slip teeth, which are matched with wedge-shaped locking pins to achieve interference locking.

 

 

There is zero gap during driving and no regular tightening is required. The locking handle is integrated with a ratchet-type torque limiter. When tightening, it will idle when the preset torque is reached to prevent overload damage. The measured deflection curve map of each fork is laser-engraved on the inside of the fork leg. Users can scan the code to compare the elastic changes before and after use. The surface is covered with a transparent epoxy anti-slip sand coating, which has uniform roughness and does not hide iron filings. The fork meets the ITA, FEM, and ISO three-category hanging plate standards at the same time. It undergoes 10,000 impact tests under 2 times the rated load before leaving the factory. With a single weight of 149 kg and a heavy-duty nylon sliding shoe on the back of the fork, it can be slid into place on the edge of the hanging plate, and can be replaced by a single person with the help of a simple crowbar.
