150x50x1200 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x1200 Blank Forks is 93 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.2 meters. The blank adopts a controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, with a final rolling temperature of 820 degrees Celsius, and then passes through the phase transformation zone at a cooling rate of 15 degrees per second to obtain a fine acicular ferrite structure without banded segregation. The entire length has undergone 72 hours of vibration aging treatment, and the peak residual stress is less than 30 MPa. The hook area adopts a gradient hardness design.

 

 

The surface hardness is 200 to 220HBW within 2 mm depth to facilitate milling, and the core hardness is 260 to 280HBW to ensure load bearing. The center line of the fork surface is laser-textured to form a cross centering reference. The intersection point is the theoretical center of gravity projection position, and three spherical crown-shaped reflection points with a diameter of 2 mm are reserved for optical tool setting. The calculated carbon equivalent value and cold crack sensitivity coefficient Pcm are marked on the end face of each fork to facilitate users to formulate the welding preheating process.

 

 

The weldability index is tested one by one before leaving the factory, and the highest hardness test data in the heat-affected zone is attached. The surface is covered with a water-soluble temporary protective coating of controllable thickness that is completely free of silicone and chlorine. The packaging adopts a recyclable polypropylene honeycomb panel frame.
