150x50x1100 Blank Forks

150x50x1100 Blank Forks weigh 89kg each. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and one meter long. The blank is forged by vacuum degassing continuous casting billet through two fires, with a forging ratio greater than 4 and a grain size finer than level 7. The delivery state is normalized and tempered, the cross-section hardness is evenly distributed between 220 and 250HBW, and the hardness difference in the thickness direction is not greater than 15HBW. The straightness of the entire length is not greater than 1 mm, and the dimensional tolerances of width and thickness are implemented in accordance with ISO 2768-m level. The fork surface retains the original forged surface, which takes on a silver-gray metallic luster after being sandblasted to remove scale. No pre-processing is done on the hook area, and the overall forged shape is maintained, leaving no less than 10 mm of machining allowance.

 

 

The fork tip has been rough ground at a 20-degree bevel angle, with a surface roughness of Ra6.3. The end face of each fork is engraved with a unique identification code using a dot matrix steel pin, including the heat number, measured weight and hardness value. Before leaving the factory, each product undergoes magnetic particle inspection and lateral bending testing, and a third-party material re-inspection report is attached. The surface is coated with water-based anti-rust liquid, the outer cover is degradable and moisture-proof film, and each piece is packaged independently.
