150x50x1000 Blank Forks

150x50x1000 Blank Forks have a single net weight of 83 kg, a paired rated load of 5800 kg, a load center of 500 mm, and an installation level of 3A. The section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and one meter long. This blank fork is made of continuous casting billet that has been precision rolled and then naturally cooled. The surface retains the complete hot-rolled oxide scale. It is delivered in an unquenched and tempered state and has a uniform hardness between 170 and 200HBW. It is convenient for users to perform any form of flame cutting, drilling or partial quenching. The straightness of the entire length is no more than 1.2 mm, and the thickness tolerance is controlled within plus or minus 0.5 mm. There is a permanent steel stamp on each end of the fork surface, indicating the rated load, material grade Q420B and production batch.

 

 

No milling has been done in the hook area, leaving ample machining allowance, and the fork tips have been prefabricated with a ten-degree chamfer. Each product undergoes 100% ultrasonic flaw detection before leaving the factory, and comes with mechanical performance sample rod re-inspection data. The surface is only coated with a thin layer of peelable anti-rust oil, and the packaging is bundled with steel straps and wooden pallets.
