130x60x1300 Blank Forks

130x60x1300 Blank Forks weigh 106kg each. This blank fork is specially designed for the trolley counterweight system of the automobile safety crash test laboratory. It is used as a stackable simulation mass block to adjust the axle load distribution of the test vehicle and the overall vehicle quality. The weight of each 106-kilogram unit is calibrated piece by piece by high-precision floor scales, with an error of no more than plus or minus 0.2 kilograms. The actual value and calibration date are laser-engraved on the end face, allowing test engineers to combine them into different weight levels such as 212, 318, and 424 kilograms as needed. The material is ordinary carbon steel Q235B. The surface is shot blasted and coated with orange-red high-gloss paint. It is clearly visible under the recording of a high-speed camera, which facilitates image analysis of the displacement trajectory of the counterweight. Quick-lock pin holes with a diameter of 25 mm are drilled in each of the four corners of the fork surface.

 

 

The hole spacing is consistent with the mounting holes on the trolley floor. Multiple forks can be fixed side by side on the trolley's load-bearing platform through spring latches, simulating the load of rear passengers or luggage. Three parallel limit bars are welded along the length of the fork back. The bars are 15 mm high and snap together automatically when stacked to prevent the stacked blocks from flying laterally during the collision test. All edges are chamfered R15 and wrapped with a 5 mm thick polyurethane buffer strip to reduce impact damage to the test bench. The packaging adopts a special steel transfer frame, with four pieces per frame. The weight of a single piece is 106 kg. With two lifting rings on the back of the fork, it can be lifted to the trolley installation position using a laboratory crane or a pneumatic balancing crane.
