125x45x2400 Blank Forks

125x45x2400 Blank Forks weigh 122kg each. This blank fork is specially designed for additional counterweights for railway rolling stock dynamic performance tests. Each weight is calibrated piece by piece by a static track scale, with an error of no more than plus or minus 0.3 kg. The actual weighing value and calibration date are laser-engraved on the end face, making it easier for testers to combine and load as needed. The material is ordinary carbon steel Q235B. The surface is shot blasted and rust-removed and then sprayed with orange-red anti-rust paint to adapt to the long-term sun and rain of the open-air circular test line. A set of pin holes with a diameter of 26 mm are drilled every 400 mm along the length of the fork surface. The hole positions are consistent with the counterweight hanger holes reserved on the chassis of the locomotive body. Multiple forks can be hung side by side on both sides of the vehicle body through quick latches to simulate axle load distribution under different load conditions. A pair of stacking positioning stops are welded to each end of the fork back. The height of the stops is 25 mm. When stacking multiple layers, they will automatically snap into the groove of the lower fork to prevent slippage during transportation. The fork tips and fork backs are both rounded to R12 to avoid scratching the paint when being dragged on the vehicle body surface. A unique number is sprayed on the side of each fork with white paint to facilitate recycling according to the list after the test is completed. The packaging is made of steel stackable brackets, with four pieces per frame. The weight of a single piece is 122 kg. With the two lifting rings on the fork back, it can be lifted smoothly using the overhead crane or electric hoist in the test warehouse. This specification mainly serves the National Railway Test Center, urban rail transit depots and high-speed EMU dynamic test benches, and is used as a movable static counterweight module.
