Piano hinge with hole spacing is a continuous hinge whose length is much longer than its width. It consists of two long strips connected by a through-mandrel. In terms of materials and performance, the hinge is made of cold-rolled stainless steel strips and formed by continuous rolling. A small gap is left between the mandrel and the leaf plate to reduce rotational friction. According to the GB/T 2189 test method, under the conditions of an opening and closing frequency of ten times per minute and a load of 50 Newtons, the radial wear of the hinge after 100,000 cycles is less than 0.05 mm, and the increase in rotational torque does not exceed 15%, proving its long-term stability. At the same time, the surface of the leaf plate has been passivated and can withstand 720 hours without rust according to the ASTM B117 neutral salt spray test, which is enough to cope with indoor humid environments and general industrial situations. The reasonable hole spacing design not only facilitates matching with a variety of standard profiles, but also allows users to use fixed-spacing screw arrangements during installation, which not only ensures connection strength but also simplifies inventory management. It is suitable for hinged connections of electrical control cabinets, wooden boxes and aluminum alloy frames.
