Product Introduction

Concealed hinges for sheet metal use M5 or M6 mounting bolts. The recommended tightening torque is between 0.8 and 1.2 Nm. This ensures a secure connection. It also prevents damage to the threaded holes in the sheet metal. One pair of hinges supports a standard sheet metal door up to 1000 mm in height. For doors between 1000 mm and 1600 mm in height, three hinges are required. This provides clear guidance for selection.

 

The surface coating on this hinge series achieves a pencil hardness rating of 2H. It offers excellent scratch resistance. It does not easily show marks in environments with frequent cleaning or wiping. The hinges have passed vibration tests at 5g acceleration. They show no loosening or displacement in vehicle-mounted or mobile equipment applications. This meets the reliability requirements for dynamic operating conditions.

Various installation methods

The hinge is suitable for sheet metal thickness ranging from 0.8–2.5 mm, and some reinforced models are compatible with 3.0 mm thick plates, and support a variety of connection methods such as self-tapping screws, welding bolts or rivet nut columns. Compared with ordinary hinges that are only suitable for thin plates below 1.5 mm, high-quality hinges can easily meet the assembly requirements of heavy equipment covers and reinforced cabinets, and have higher structural reliability.

Multiple anti-falling designs

The hinge adopts riveting reinforcement or anti-detachment spring structure at the shaft pin and connecting arm. After dynamic testing, it can withstand an impact of 1.5 times the rated load without falling off. For vehicle-mounted equipment and cabinets in vibration environments, this design effectively prevents door panels from accidentally opening or hinge separation due to vibration, improving safety during equipment transportation and operation.

The surface provides various treatments such as galvanized passivation, electrophoretic black, and brushed stainless steel.
