Black Continuous Hinges

The black continuous hinge forms continuous electrical contact with the door frame, reducing gap leakage. At a frequency of 1 GHz, the shielding effectiveness of a cabinet using continuous hinges is improved by approximately 18 dB (from 52 dB to 70 dB) compared to using 4 independent hinges. This is because the entire hinge provides a low-impedance ground path, and the black conductive oxide layer (contact resistance ≤0.01 Ω) further reduces electromagnetic leakage.
