150x60x1200 Shaft Mounted Forks

The 150x60x1200 shaft-mounted fork has a single weight of 125 kg, a paired rated load capacity of 7000 kg, a load center distance of 600 mm, and an installation level of 4A. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 1.2 meters. Different from traditional hook-type forks, this fork adopts an integral forged hollow bushing structure with a shaft hole diameter of 80 mm. It directly matches the horizontal mounting shaft on the forklift fork frame and is fixed by an end locking nut. It is suitable for reach stackers, heavy-duty container forklifts and port stackers. The fork can be flipped upward at a certain angle around the installation axis, making it easy to fold or adjust the working posture without disassembly. The fork surface adopts a gradient hardness design, the surface induction hardening hardness reaches 52HRC, the core maintains 32HRC, and has excellent impact resistance.

 

 

The front edge of the fork tip is surfacing with a wear-resistant alloy layer with a thickness of 5 mm, and a large arc guide surface is processed to facilitate insertion of heavy pallets or steel container bottom grooves. Each fork is equipped with double grease injection ports on the shaft sleeve, and the internal oil passage is connected to the entire length of the shaft sleeve to ensure minimal wear during heavy-load rotation. The surface is coated with a highly elastic polyurethane anti-stone coating with a thickness of 0.8 mm to adapt to the harsh working conditions of the port. Before leaving the factory, static load and flip fatigue tests are carried out under 1.3 times the rated load, and a test report is attached. The fork meets both ISO 2330 and FEM standards. The locking nut is equipped with a lock washer and a stop pin to ensure that it will not loosen during long-term use.
