200x70x1700 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x70x1700 shaft-mounted fork is 251 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and the total length is 1.7 meters. The forks are made of nano-twin-strengthened maraging steel, with a tensile strength exceeding 2,000 MPa, and the thickness can be reduced by 20% under the same load. The inner hole of the shaft sleeve is machined with a spiral wedge-shaped groove, which cooperates with the centrifugal force to self-lock the roller. When the forklift rotates, the roller rolls along the wedge-shaped groove to generate a radial locking force. The higher the speed, the tighter the lock. After parking, the roller can be pulled out by hand after it is reset. The fork tip is equipped with a magnetic quick-change interface, which can replace the five modules of flat head, pointed head, hook head, shovel head and roller head in one minute. It is suitable for different materials such as steel plates, pipes, wire rope rolls and scrap steel ladles. The modules are dually fixed with neodymium magnets and mechanical anti-falling pins. The fork surface is discretely quenched by laser to form randomly distributed hardened islands, with a tough matrix retained between the islands.

 

 

The hardened islands bear wear when pushing heavy castings, and the tough matrix absorbs impacts and avoids the expansion of stress cracks. A passive wireless temperature sensor is embedded inside the fork leg of each fork. The temperature measurement range is minus 40 degrees to 300 degrees. The historical temperature curve can be read by a handheld terminal close to it. The surface is coated with titanium carbonitride aluminum nanocomposite coating, with a hardness of 3200HV and a friction coefficient of 0.12. Before leaving the factory, a centrifugal locking dynamic test and a magnetic module shear test are conducted under 1.4 times the rated load. This fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system and has a locking roller maintenance-free design. It has a single weight of 251kg and forged lifting lugs on both ends of the shaft sleeve. It can be replaced by a single person using a balancing crane.
