200x70x1400 Shaft Mounted Forks

Model 200x70x1400 shaft mounted fork has a single fork weight of 218 kg. The cross-section measures 200 mm wide by 70 mm thick, with an overall length of 1400 mm. The shaft bushing employs an interference shrink-fit process: prior to installation, the bushing is immersed in liquid nitrogen to cool to -190°C, then shrunk and fitted onto the forklift's mounting shaft. Upon returning to ambient temperature, a uniform interference lock is formed without any mechanical fasteners, eliminating vibration-induced loosening. The fork face is hardfaced with a bimetallic composite wear plate, consisting of an 8 mm thick outer layer of high-chromium cast iron and a ductile low-carbon steel transition layer underneath, offering five times the service life of standard forks when handling iron ore or limestone. The fork tip is fitted with replaceable tungsten-cobalt-titanium alloy digging teeth, wedge-shaped and triangular pyramidal in form, which reduce penetration resistance when digging into compacted materials; worn teeth can be replaced by loosening the back nut. An inspection threaded hole for mechanical interference measurement is provided at the end of the bushing; inserting a dedicated depth gauge allows measurement of the bushing's internal wear. On the inside of each fork leg, raised arc-shaped thickness scales are cast with 2 mm steps, allowing remaining life to be estimated by touch. The surface is coated with acid and alkali resistant epoxy glass flake paint with a total dry film thickness of 280 microns. Before delivery, each fork undergoes static load testing at 1.35 times rated capacity and shrink-fit torque validation. This fork is compatible with Class 4A shaft mounting systems; installation requires liquid nitrogen cryogenic equipment, and removal is achieved by local expansion using an induction heater.
