Product Introduction

High-strength carbon steel is used to make metal conduit brackets. The base material's measured yield strength is over 235 MPa. This makes sure that there is no permanent deformation when the load is heavy. The product passes the neutral salt spray test for 500 hours. After testing, there is no red rust on the surface. Regular indoor braces only work for 72 hours. The bracket can hold the weight of large-diameter catheters for a long time. It can also keep its shape in places that are humid or dusty. This makes it much less likely that you'll have to replace it because of rust.

 

A double-layer protection system is used in the bracket's surface treatment. Up to 10 microns of zinc make up the underlying layer. The thickness of the epoxy powder coating on the surface must be at least 50 microns. In the impact test, the composite coating sustained five Joules of energy without cracking. High-strength bolts of grade 8.8 are used in the product. For 180 days following installation, the measured preload retention rate stayed above 90% of the starting value.
