High-strength carbon steel is used to make metal conduit brackets. The base material's measured yield strength is over 235 MPa. This makes sure that there is no permanent deformation when the load is heavy. The product passes the neutral salt spray test for 500 hours. After testing, there is no red rust on the surface. Regular indoor braces only work for 72 hours. The bracket can hold the weight of large-diameter catheters for a long time. It can also keep its shape in places that are humid or dusty. A double-layer protection system is used in the bracket's surface treatment. Up to 10 microns of zinc make up the underlying layer.
