The production process of this bracket implements full-process quality control. Samples are taken from each batch of products for magnetic particle inspection and full dimensional inspection of the welds to ensure that the quality of the welds meets the Level I requirements of the relevant non-destructive testing standards, and the installation hole position deviation is controlled within plus or minus 0.4 mm. The bracket underwent 10,000 accelerated fatigue cycle tests under rated load before leaving the factory. After the test, the permanent deformation of the bracket was less than 0.2 mm, and the coating did not have any cracking or peeling, proving its durability and reliability in long-term use. The carefully designed arc transition at the right-angle turning point of the inner edge of the bracket not only eliminates stress concentration points, but also avoids scratch damage to personnel's hands or the edge of the shelf during installation and use. In addition, the back of the bracket is designed with laser-marked model identification and load-bearing level parameters to ensure that the correct bracket specifications can be quickly identified at the installation site, avoiding mixed use or overloading, and providing clear and intuitive product information for warehouse managers.
