Large aluminum L brackets are precision extruded from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. After 200 hours of neutral salt spray testing, there are no corrosion spots on the surface. They are suitable for high humidity or weak acid and alkali environments. When installing large equipment, a single bracket can withstand a static load of more than 3000 N, ensuring structural stability without additional reinforcement.
The shear strength of the product reaches 207 MPa, which can effectively resist lateral shear force and avoid tearing at the bolt holes. The profile section size tolerances strictly follow the EN 755-9 standard, and the width and thickness deviations are controlled within ±0.5 mm. When multiple pieces are combined, no on-site repairs are required to ensure that the frame is square. The flatness of each bracket is controlled within 0.3 mm/m, and the diagonal error does not exceed 1 mm when multiple pieces are installed together.
