120x40x2000 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x40x2000 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 85 kg. The section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and two meters long. This pair of cargo forks is equipped with a hydraulic follow-up deflection mechanism on the fork tip. When the fork is extended into a severely deformed pallet, the fork tip can deflect up to eight degrees upward or downward, automatically find the slot channel, and return to alignment after entering, effectively avoiding jamming. Four copper alloy conductive rails are embedded along the entire surface of the fork surface and are connected to the forklift grounding system. They are specially used to transport goods in flammable dust environments. They can safely discharge static electricity and eliminate the risk of sparks. The hook locking device uses dual hydraulic cylinders to assist. After being connected to the forklift hydraulic pipeline, pushing the control valve can smoothly suck the fork into the hanging plate without manual impact. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time.

 

 

There is a hydraulic buffer on the inside of the lower hook, and the end of the hook automatically decelerates to eliminate metal knocking noise. The working surface of the fork tip is plasma-sprayed with an alumina ceramic coating with a thickness of 0.3 mm, which will not scratch the fork base material when pushing high-hardness abrasives. Use electrostatically conductive epoxy paint for surface treatment, with resistance lower than ten to the fifth power of ohms. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the deflection mechanism life test is carried out under a full length of two meters, and there is no leakage after 10,000 consecutive operations. The 85kg single weight is combined with four universal inflatable wheels on the back of the fork. It can be easily pushed after inflating and can park stably after deflated.
