80x40x1400 ITA/FEM Forks

The 80x40x1400 ITA/FEM fork has a single weight of 44 kilograms and a total length of 1.4 meters. It belongs to the ultra-long and lightweight cross-section series. This fork is specially developed for handling long aluminum ingots, plastic steel profiles or photovoltaic brackets that require deep insertion. It is often used to pick up goods from the bottom of wide-body pallets or special material racks. The billet is made of alloy steel that has been vacuum degassed, and is quenched by overall residual heat and tempered at high temperature to obtain a fine tempered sorbite structure. Each 44-kilogram piece has a progressive cross-section design in the length direction, gradually narrowing the thickness from the hook end to the fork tip, retaining more material at the root with the largest bending moment, thus suppressing the common lateral warping of long components.

 

 

The edges on both sides of the fork tip are rounded and overlayed with a hard alloy layer. It can be dragged on the concrete floor more than 30,000 times without obvious dents. Before leaving the factory, the roller loading test is carried out one by one. The height difference between the left and right forks is controlled within 2 mm to avoid unbalanced load rollover due to unequal height. All stamped logos are embossed on the upper surface of the fork legs rather than on the sides, making it easier for operators wearing gloves to look down and see. This model comes standard with polyurethane cushioning pads to absorb impact noise when the forks are lowered. Optional reflective stickers are available, suitable for low-light environments in night shift warehouses.
