80x40x1000 ITA/FEM Forks

The 80x40x1000 ITA/FEM fork has a single weight of 34 kg and an increase in length to 1000 mm. It maintains an 80 mm wide and 40 mm thick section while providing additional fork depth for wider pallets or non-standard goods. This fork strictly follows the ITA/FEM international standards. Its hooks and positioning grooves are CNC machined to achieve gap-free fit with the European forklift attachment frame. It is made of low-alloy high-strength steel and is integrally die-forged, followed by integral quenching and tempering heat treatment, which significantly improves the bending fatigue strength of the fork arm root. The weight distribution of each 34kg truck is optimized, and the center of gravity is moved backward to reduce the forward tilting moment of the forklift mast, which is beneficial to the stability during high-level stacking.

 

 

The amount of fork tip tilt is controlled within a very small tolerance, and the bottom plate will not be scratched when inserted into the pallet. The surface treatment adopts hard nitriding process, and the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is uniform, which is suitable for long-term operation in dusty or high-humidity environment. This specification is commonly used in internal combustion forklifts under 2 tons, special devices such as side-shift attachments and rotating clamps. It can also be arranged symmetrically with double forks for handling long materials. Before leaving the factory, they have passed a static pressure test of 1.25 times the rated load and the load center distance is permanently marked. Users can directly check the grade without disassembly.
