130x60x1500 Blank Forks

130x60x1500 Blank Forks weigh 119kg each. The cross-section is 130 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 1.5 meters. This blank fork is specially designed for the additional counterweight of the balance arm of a large tower crane. The weight of each 119 kilogram is calibrated piece by piece by a platform scale, with an error not exceeding plus or minus 0.5 kilograms. The actual value is marked with a steel stamp on the end face and an anti-corrosion QR code is sprayed on it. The material is made of ordinary carbon structural steel Q355B, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized. The coating thickness is 70 microns, which is suitable for the service environment where the top of the tower crane is exposed to the sun and rain for a long time. There are two sets of mounting holes with a diameter of 36 mm drilled near both ends of the fork surface. The distance between the holes is consistent with the distance between the positioning pins of the balance arm counterweight frame. Users can connect multiple forks in series up and down through quick latches.

 

 

They can be combined into different counterweight levels such as 238, 357, 476 kg, etc. as needed to flexibly match different arm lengths and lifting moments. Two U-shaped guide grooves are welded along the entire length of the fork back, which automatically aligns when stacked to prevent shaking during rotation. The fork tips and fork backs are both rounded to R15 to avoid damaging the paint surface of the balance arm structure during loading and unloading. A unique number is sprayed on the side of each fork with white reflective paint to facilitate identification during high-altitude inspections at night. The packaging adopts a special steel transfer frame, with six pieces per frame arranged vertically. The weight of a single piece is 119 kilograms. With the two lifting rings on the fork back, the tower crane's own lifting mechanism or an on-site truck crane can be used to complete the hoisting in place.
