125x45x1600 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 125x45x1600 Blank Forks is 89 kg. The cross-section is 125 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and the total length is 1.6 meters. This blank fork adopts a bi-metal centrifugal composite casting process. The working surface is made of high-chromium cast iron with a thickness of 12 mm and a hardness of 58HRC. The back is made of low-carbon steel. The two are metallurgically combined and have both high wear resistance and high toughness. Each 89kg blank retains its as-cast surface without any machining, allowing for a natural curvature of 3mm across the entire length. Double V-shaped anti-slip teeth have been cast on the working surface of the fork tip, with a tooth height of 2 mm. They can be directly used to shovel highly abrasive materials such as coke, ore or sinter without subsequent processing. Sufficient machining allowance is reserved in the hook area, and the thickness of the mild steel layer on the back is enough to mill out a 3A-level hanging plate slot.

 

 

There are six trapezoidal discharge troughs cast along the length of the fork surface, with a depth of 5 mm. Materials leak out of the troughs when pushing powder to prevent accumulation and stagnation. The material is a composite of high chromium cast iron and low carbon steel. The ultrasonic composite layer is inspected one by one before leaving the factory to ensure that there is no separation on the joint surface. The surface is not coated with an anti-rust layer. The high-chromium cast iron itself is corrosion-resistant, and the low-carbon steel part allows floating rust. The packaging uses a steel bracket with a forklift slot at the bottom. The single weight of 89 kg is matched with two cast steel lifting lugs on the back of the fork, and a balanced hoist is required for loading and unloading. This specification is mainly used in sintering plants, pelletizing workshops and blast furnace raw material warehouses, and is used as the basic blank for self-made wear-resistant fork sleeves, chute linings or wear-resistant tooth plates of vibrating feeders.
