125x45x1500 Blank Forks

125x45x1500 Blank Forks weigh 85kg each. The cross-section is 125 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and 1.5 meters long. This blank fork is specially designed for use underwater or in high-humidity environments. The entire surface is hot-dip galvanized with a coating thickness of more than 80 microns. It is passivated and sealed after plating. It can withstand a thousand hours of salt spray testing without producing red rust. There is a row of drainage holes with a diameter of 8 mm drilled near both ends of the fork surface, with a spacing of 100 mm. The accumulated water on the fork surface can be quickly drained during underwater operations to avoid water film adsorption causing cargo to slide. Double the normal processing allowance is reserved in the hook area, and users can make multiple modifications according to the special interfaces of diving accessories. Each 85-kg billet is made of 10CrMoAl steel that is resistant to seawater corrosion.

 

 

Magnetic particle inspection is performed on each billet before leaving the factory to ensure that there are no hydrogen embrittlement cracks. The fork tips have been chamfered at 30 degrees and overlayed with a protective carbide layer, so they will not wear out too quickly even when dragged under water mixed with mud and sand. The surface galvanized layer is also covered with a peelable transparent polyethylene sheath to prevent scratches during transportation. The packaging is in a fully enclosed waterproof wooden box with desiccant placed inside the box. With a single weight of 85kg and two stainless steel lifting rings on the back of the fork, it can be installed using an underwater lifting device. This specification mainly serves the modification of special forks for port underwater dredging equipment, cross-sea bridge maintenance submersibles and submarine cable laying projects.
