Its corrosion resistance is sufficient to cope with humid coastal indoor environments. The temperature cycle test was raised from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius and maintained. After repeating one hundred cycles, the change in the radial gap between the shaft pin and the split sleeve was only 0.015 millimeters, and no jamming or loosening occurred. Installation site statistics show that since the opening structure allows the pivot pin to be directly inserted, the hanging time of a single door is about 38% less than that of a closed hinge. At the same time, its hole position allows an adjustment margin of plus or minus 1.5 millimeters, providing practical error absorption capabilities for on-site construction.
