For high-security application environments, reversible piano hinges can be equipped with anti-loosening pin structures, with circlips or locking screws embedded at the end of the pin to limit axial displacement. According to the ISO 8750 standard test method for the fixing force of elastic cylindrical pins, the axial pull-out resistance of the anti-separation mechanism is not less than 5,000 N, which effectively prevents the pin from accidentally withdrawing due to vibration or misoperation. At the same time, the entire hinge has been verified by the lateral impact test. According to the pendulum impact method in the UL 10C fire door test regulations, it can withstand an impact energy of 200 joules without blade breakage or pin bending, ensuring that the door leaf can still be flexibly flipped open in an emergency. In addition, the flipping operation of the hinge does not affect its anti-theft level. Destructive testing with professional tools shows that the anti-drilling and prying resistance lasts for more than ten minutes.
