200x50x2200 Shaft Mounted Forks
Load center : 600mm
Weight of single fork: 215kg
Mounting class :4A
Model 200x50x2200 shaft mounted forks have a single fork weight of 215 kg. The section is 200 mm wide, with a root thickness of 50 mm tapering to 20 mm toward the tip, and an overall length of 2.2 meters. The bushing adopts a triple-taper interference locking design, with the three taper sections being 1:20, 1:30 and 1:40 respectively. When tightening the end nut, each section expands progressively, independently compensating for straightness deviations and local wear of the mounting shaft, resulting in an extremely uniform clamping force distribution. The fork blade surface is laser‑remelted to form a scale‑like micro‑protrusion array with a height of 0.2 mm and a pitch of 0.8 mm.
When handling slippery concrete piles in rainy or snowy conditions, the micro‑protrusions quickly break through the water film to restore dry contact. The tip is diffusion‑bonded with a cubic boron nitride composite block containing a graded hard layer; the surface microhardness reaches 8000 HV, specially designed for removing hard frozen coal layers accumulated in ports. The end of the bushing houses a mechanical absolute angle encoder that records the fork's rotation attitude around the shaft in real time, working with an automatic lubrication system to provide pinpoint grease application at high‑wear angles. On the inner side of each fork leg, a semi‑cylindrical wear scale is built‑up by argon arc welding, with markings every 2 mm, allowing visual estimation of remaining thickness after handling ores.
The surface is coated with a removable PTFE temporary protective film to prevent scratches during transport; after installation, the entire film is peeled off, revealing a ceramic anti‑stick base layer. Before delivery, each fork undergoes a slip test under 1.4 times the rated load across the progressive taper sections, accompanied by a contact‑pattern report for all three tapers. The forks are compatible with Class 4A shaft‑mounting systems, and the lock nut features a hexagonal anti‑rotation flange and a mechanical stop pin. With a single‑fork weight of 215 kg and self‑aligning lifting rings at both ends of the bushing, a single operator using a balanced hoist can quickly change the forks. They are suitable for frozen coal unloading lines, phosphate rock terminals, and heavy precast concrete beam yards.
