200x50x1800 Shaft Mounted Forks

The 200x50x1800 shaft-mounted fork has a single fork weight of 184 kg. Its section is 200 mm wide and 50 mm thick, with a total length of 1.8 meters. The inner bore of the mounting hub is machined with a bidirectional taper and fitted with a split elastic sleeve. Tightening the end nut creates both axial compression and radial expansion, achieving a clamping force of 30 tons. The fork face features a blind-hole honeycomb anti-slip structure with 6 mm diameter holes and 1.2 mm depth, which creates a vacuum adhesion effect when handling wet logs or waste paper bales, preventing the load from slipping off. The leading edge of the fork tip is overlayed with tungsten carbide particles and ground into a micro-serrated edge, allowing it to easily cut through plastic strapping or fabric lying flat on the ground. The end of the hub integrates a mechanical overload memory pin. When the load exceeds 15% of the rated capacity, the pin breaks and a red warning tab pops out, mandating an inspection.

 

 

The back of each fork is cast with five curved wear indicator ribs, each corresponding to 4 mm of remaining thickness, allowing assessment by touch. The surface is coated with a polyurea anti-slip coating, 0.6 mm thick, with a roughness of 150 microns, preventing ice formation in winter operations. Before delivery, each fork undergoes static and dynamic impact tests at 1.35 times the rated load, accompanied by a deflection curve and memory pin calibration certificate. This fork is compatible with Class 4A shaft-mounted systems. The locknut features a self-locking serrated washer, eliminating the need for regular retightening after installation. The single weight of 184 kg, combined with forged lifting lugs on both sides of the hub, allows for quick one-person replacement using a balance hoist.
