200x60x2300 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x60x2300 shaft-mounted fork is 266 kg. The section is 200 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and 2.3 meters long. The forks are forged from low-temperature tempered maraging steel, with a yield-to-strength ratio as high as 0.95, showing minimal plastic deformation under ultra-long cantilever conditions. The inner wall of the shaft sleeve has a composite copper-based powder metallurgy oil-bearing layer, which is continuously lubricated by capillary action, and the friction coefficient is stable below 0.05 during heavy-load rotation. Three fiber Bragg gratings are implanted in the fork surface along the length direction to monitor the continuous strain field from the fork tip to the root in real time. The data is transmitted to the forklift central control via Bluetooth. When the stress at any section exceeds the threshold, the speed is automatically limited. The front edge of the fork tip is fixed with a diamond composite piece through diffusion welding, with a hardness of 8000HV, which is specially used to remove crusting materials in the rotary kiln. A non-contact magnetostrictive displacement sensor is installed at the end of the shaft sleeve to accurately record the relative axial displacement of the fork and the installation shaft.

 

 

When the accumulated wear exceeds 0.5 mm, the cab will automatically alarm. The theoretical deflection curve is marked on the inside of the fork leg of each fork using an etching process, allowing operators to visually compare the actual bending conditions. The surface is sprayed with silver gray fluorocarbon paint and high temperature resistant reflective strips are pasted. Before leaving the factory, the strain zero point calibration and fiber grating temperature compensation are carried out at 1.4 times the rated load. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level axle mounting system. The locking nut has a hydraulic preload interface, and the preload force can be accurately controlled using a manual pump. The 266kg single weight is matched with the adjustable balancing lifting lugs at both ends of the shaft sleeve.
