200x50x1500 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x50x1500 shaft-mounted fork is 164 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.5 meters. Two rows of cylindrical rollers are embedded in the inner wall of the shaft sleeve. The rollers are evenly distributed along the circumference and form rolling friction with the installation shaft. When the fork rotates around the axis, the resistance is extremely small. The rollers adopt a separate cage and can be replaced individually after wear. The fork surface is processed into alternating high and low edges. The high edges protrude 0.3 mm and are 2 mm wide. The low edges sink 0.2 mm and are 4 mm wide. When pushing wet materials, a self-cleaning channel is formed to avoid adsorption. The front edge of the fork tip is pre-made with a reversible double-sided blade. One side is a flat blade for ordinary pallets, and the other side is a toothed blade for removing lumps on the ground. After flipping, it is positioned by a spring latch.

 

 

The end of the shaft sleeve is equipped with an eccentric cam quick lock. Rotate the handle ninety degrees to tighten or release the installation shaft without any nuts or wrenches. The inside of the fork legs is coated with multiple layers of color-changing wear paint, which are green, yellow, and red from the outside to the inside. When the green layer is worn away and yellow is exposed, it prompts inspection, and when the red layer is exposed, it needs to be scrapped. The surface is sprayed with acid-resistant phenolic epoxy paint with a total film thickness of 150 microns, which is specially used for chemical storage. Before leaving the factory, the roller life test and the locking device durability test are carried out under 1.3 times the rated load. This fork is adapted to the 4A-level axle mounting system. It has a single weight of 164 kg and is equipped with lifting rings on both sides of the axle sleeve.
