The cross-sectional shape of Aluminum Wall Brackets is optimized through the extrusion process. It can adopt an I-shaped or C-shaped structure, which greatly improves the bending moment of inertia while maintaining the same amount of material. According to the provisions of GB/T 5237.1 for aluminum alloy building profiles, the non-proportional elongation strength of the 6063-T5 material is not less than 90 MPa and the tensile strength is not less than 160 MPa. Through reasonable cross-section design, when the cantilever length is 300 mm, according to EN Calculated according to the 1999-1-1 aluminum structure design specification, the allowable bending moment can reach 96 Nm. When the end concentrated load is about 200 kilograms, the maximum bending stress is about 76 MPa, and the safety factor exceeds 1.2 times. At the same time, the extrusion process makes the internal structure of the profile dense and free of casting defects. No obvious internal cracks were found through ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring that the bracket will not suffer sudden fracture failure during long-term service in high-stress areas.
The surface fluorocarbon spray treatment gives the aluminum wall bracket excellent weather resistance and anti-pollution performance. According to the AAMA 2605 standard, the dry film thickness of the coating is not less than 40 microns. After being exposed to a neutral salt spray test according to the ASTM B117 method for one thousand hours, the surface of the bracket has no blistering, no powdering, and no signs of rust, and the color difference value ΔE remains within 1.5, which is far better than the 400-hour corrosion resistance of conventional powder spraying. The back of the bracket is equipped with a two-way oblong mounting hole. The horizontal adjustment amount is plus or minus five millimeters, and the longitudinal adjustment amount is plus or minus three millimeters. This design is based on ISO 2768 tolerance standards and can fully compensate for the position deviation of embedded parts in the wall. It is also equipped with stainless steel anti-slip gaskets, in accordance with DIN 267 Part 26 Transverse Vibration Test, when the installation torque is set to 20 Nm, the torque attenuation rate is less than 5% after 30,000 vibration cycles, ensuring that the bracket will not loosen and shift under the action of high-rise building exterior walls or wind loads. It is suitable for wall fixing scenarios of communication antenna brackets and traffic signal light poles.
