These two data ensure that when multiple brackets are installed side by side on the same load-bearing beam or equipment base, the relative position of each fixed point remains highly consistent, and bolt penetration can be successfully completed without the need for on-site reaming or trimming. At the same time, the radius of the inner corner of the bend is strictly controlled between 2.5 and 3 mm, which not only avoids micro-cracks in the material caused by sharp-angle bends, but also provides a smooth transition base surface for the powder coating, allowing the coating to maintain uniform coverage in stress concentration areas. This level of precision makes the bracket suitable for precision equipment installation or modular racking systems, significantly improving assembly efficiency and connection reliability.

 

 

For long-term use outdoors or in environments with severe temperature differences, the bracket has passed strict high and low temperature alternating impact tests. According to the GB/T 2423.22 test method, rapid conversion was performed between the two extreme temperature points of minus 40 degrees Celsius and above zero 80 degrees Celsius. Each extreme temperature was maintained for two hours. After a total of fifty complete cycles, the overall permanent deformation of the stent was less than 0.1 millimeter as detected by a laser rangefinder, and there was no blistering, peeling or obvious discoloration on the coating surface, proving that its structure and coating system have excellent resistance to thermal expansion and contraction. In addition, before and after the same temperature cycle, the adhesion decreases by less than five percent. This data fully demonstrates that the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate is not deteriorated due to drastic changes in temperature.
