100x40x1800 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x40x1800 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 64 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 1.8 meters. Each 64-kg fork has a built-in horizontal bubble tube near the fork tip. After installation, the lateral inclination angles of the left and right forks can be directly read to assist the operator in quickly calibrating the level of the hanging plate. A pair of stowable nylon auxiliary wheels are installed under the fork tip. When the fork tilts upward more than five degrees, it will automatically pop up. It will not scratch the ground when towing, and will not affect the fork entry depth at all after being stored. The fork meets three major international standards at the same time. The mounting hole for the eccentric bushing is reserved on the back of the hook.

 

 

By rotating the bushing, the user can fine-tune the natural elevation angle of the fork, eliminating the forward tilt caused by the length of 1.8 meters. The fork surface is processed with a wavy longitudinal texture, with crests and troughs alternately distributed, reducing the contact area by 30% and significantly reducing the resistance when pushing sticky goods. Each pair of forks is manually polished along its entire length before leaving the factory to remove all sharp edges, making it ideal for handling unpackaged rolls of leather or textile fabrics. The unit weight of 64 kg prompts two standard forklift holes to be directly cast on the side of the fork, allowing the use of another forklift for pick-up and replacement.
