For heavier structural assemblies or field welding where access is limited, our arc weld nuts (with chamfered or flanged bases) are engineered for manual or robotic MIG/TIG welding, offering strong fillet welds on thicker base materials. All three types are available in a wide range of metric and inch thread sizes, with strength grades matched to your application requirements.

Our stainless steel weld nuts (available in AISI 304 and 316 equivalents) are by far our bestselling line, as they provide exceptional corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and long service life, making them ideal for automotive, marine, and outdoor applications. While we primarily focus on steel solutions, we also produce brass alloy and aluminium alloy weld nuts in smaller volumes for specialized non-ferrous assemblies.
