JOYEAR offers four types of sliding nuts (also known as T-nuts) to provide you with flexible options: the Hammer-head type is suitable for standard aluminum profile connections and offers ease of use; the Spring-ball type features a built-in spring and ball mechanism that prevents the nut from falling out during vertical or inverted installation, significantly boosting single-person assembly efficiency; the Boat-shaped type is specifically designed for profiles with curved slot bottoms (such as DIN 508 standard worktables), ensuring a more secure fit; and the Right-angle type is ideal for applications requiring long-distance positioning by sliding the nut in from the profile end, offering superior rigidity. Regardless of the type you choose, JOYEAR offers customization services; please provide us with detailed specifications-such as slot width, slot depth, and thread size-before purchasing. JOYEAR primarily manufactures Euro-standard sliding nuts but also offers select DIN 508 (German standard) nuts to accommodate profiles and worktables from various brands. Please note that while the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is the same for both standards, they cannot be combined in a single order; production can only be scheduled once the MOQ for each specific standard (Euro or German) has been met individually. Therefore, we recommend confirming the standard of your profiles before requesting a quote so that we can quickly match you with the most suitable product solution.
