At the same time, the fatigue vibration test was run 500,000 times in accordance with the ISO 16130 standard at 15 Hz and an amplitude of plus or minus 5 mm. The preload force retention rate of the buckle was still 95% of the initial value, while the preload force of the traditional elastic clip dropped to less than 80% after 100,000 times, proving its long-term stability on steel structure roofs in areas prone to strong winds.

 

 

From the perspective of construction efficiency and anti-loosening reliability, metal floor deck buckles also have significant advantages. On-site installation statistics show that using prefabricated buckles and special press-in tools, the average installation time for each hundred buckles is only eight minutes. Compared with traditional welding fixation methods, it saves about 70% of the man-hours and completely avoids damage to the galvanized layer by welding sparks. In the vibration loosening test conducted in accordance with the GB/T 3098.13 standard, the buckle was subjected to lateral vibration at a frequency of 40 Hz for two hours. The residual clamping force percentage was 96.5%, while the conventional spring buckle was only 82%. The salt spray corrosion resistance test further confirmed that after one thousand hours of neutral salt spray spraying, only a trace amount of white rust appeared on the surface of the zinc-aluminum coating of the buckle, and the red rust area was zero. This enables it to maintain a reliable bite connection in corrosive environments such as coastal high humidity and chemical plants, and effectively prevents the floor decking from loosening and making abnormal noises during long-term use.
