The long-term stability of heavy duty brass brackets in high-temperature operating environments is also worthy of attention. Because brass has excellent thermal conductivity, its thermal conductivity is measured to be about 120 watts per meter Kelvin, which can effectively conduct locally accumulated heat to the surrounding structure quickly and avoid local expansion differences caused by heat concentration. According to high-temperature creep test standards, under constant temperature load conditions of 150 degrees Celsius, after one thousand hours of continuous pressure testing, the residual deformation of the bracket was strictly controlled within 0.05% of the original thickness, which means that even if it is used near steam pipes or thermal equipment for a long time, its support positioning accuracy will still not drift significantly. At the same time, the linear expansion coefficient of brass is relatively close to that of ordinary carbon steel, about 18 microns per Kelvin per meter, which allows it to maintain coordinated expansion and contraction behavior with steel connectors when the temperature cycle changes, greatly reducing the risk of loose connections or structural fatigue caused by accumulation of thermal stress. This feature is particularly critical for open-air facilities with significant day-night temperature differences or severe seasonal temperature fluctuations.
In application scenarios with dynamic loads and frequent disassembly and assembly, the toughness and fatigue resistance of the bracket can also withstand severe tests. Measured using the standard rotational bending fatigue test method, its fatigue limit under symmetrical cycles can reach more than 200 MPa, which ensures that it has excellent fracture resistance under periodic vibrations or intermittent heavy-load impacts. According to relevant impact toughness tests, its Charpy impact absorption energy can be stabilized at about 50 joules at room temperature, which is enough to cope with sudden external collisions or instantaneous overloads caused by equipment start and stop. For equipment installation points that require regular maintenance or adjustment, after more than five hundred complete tightening and loosening cycles, the threaded engagement surface of the mounting hole can still maintain more than 95% of the effective contact area. This data is based on repeated assembly tests and fully reflects the bracket's superiority in resisting wear and bite failure in long-term use. Therefore, whether it is a gantry crane track plate used for frequent lifting or a high-tower antenna base in a strong wind environment, this heavy-duty brass bracket can provide strong protection for structural safety under dynamic working conditions with its solid fatigue life and impact-resistant redundancy.
