125x45x2100 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 125x45x2100 Blank Forks is 109 kg. The cross-section is 125 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and two meters long. This blank fork is specially designed for the cage balance counterweight of the mine shaft hoisting system. The nominal weight of each 109 kilogram is calibrated one by one by the floor scale, and the error does not exceed plus or minus 0.3 kilograms. It can be directly installed into the counterweight slot of the counterweight frame to offset the gravity difference between the cage and the load. The material is ordinary carbon structural steel Q235B. The surface is hot-dip galvanized with a coating thickness of 60 microns. It is suitable for underground humid and sulfur-containing environments and has a rust-proof life of not less than ten years. Limit pits are punched every 300 mm along the length of the fork surface, with a pit depth of 3 mm. They cooperate with the elastic positioning pins in the counterweight frame to prevent horizontal movement of multiple forks after they are stacked.

 

 

There is a V-shaped guide groove on both sides of the fork back with a depth of 5 mm. It cooperates with the guide bar of the counterweight frame to achieve self-guided installation in the vertical direction without additional fixation. The end face of each fork is stamped with a unique number and nominal weight, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to record and check regularly. The surface is not painted and relies on galvanized layer protection. When in contact with steel wire ropes and tank beams, the paint film will not peel off and cause pollution. The packaging is made of special steel brackets, with ten racks arranged vertically on each rack. The weight of a single rack is 109 kilograms. With the hand-cranked lifting device on the bracket, a single person can take them out one by one and slide them into the cage balance frame.
