Screw Soldering Terminal

Our screw soldering terminals are made of highly conductive phosphor bronze body with tin or silver plating to ensure extremely low contact resistance and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion and can stably carry high current loads. The terminals are equipped with sturdy stainless-steel screws, which can be applied with precise torque to securely crimp all kinds of thick and thin wires, effectively preventing loosening. The insulating shell is made of top-grade flame-retardant nylon material, which meets UL94 V-0 standard, and can quickly self-extinguish without melting droplets under high temperature or short-circuit conditions, which significantly enhances the safety of the equipment.

 

At the same time, the soldering end of our terminals is specially tinned with excellent solder wettability, which is easily compatible with wave soldering and reflow soldering processes, and maintains the structural strength of the soldering pin at a high temperature of 260°C, realizing a long-lasting and reliable connection with the PCB board. The double-screwed crimp structure design makes the conductor force uniform, combined with a wide range of wire diameter adaptability, greatly reducing the risk of poor contact. The products have passed UL, TUV and other international safety certifications, and meet the stringent RoHS requirements, providing connection solutions with electrical performance, mechanical strength and long-term durability for industrial control, power modules and high-vibration environments.
