The occurrence of bending cracks should be prevented in the bending process of metal stamping parts

When bending and processing metal stamping parts, it is not only necessary to pre-jade springback phenomenon, but also to prevent the occurrence of bending cracks. To prevent bending hardware stamping parts manufacturers typically do this:
1. Select blanks with good surface quality for bending processing;
2. In the process design, let the bending radius of the workpiece be greater than its minimum bending radius;
3. When bending processing, the bending line is perpendicular to the fiber direction of the material;
4. When bending processing, place the burr side on the inside of the bend.
