This hardness level enables the tooth pattern to produce micro-embedding of about 0.1 mm deep when pressed into the stainless steel or aluminum alloy base material. The measured anti-slip coefficient has increased from 3 at zero to 0.5, which significantly enhances the shear stiffness of the connection node.

After repeated disassembly and assembly thirty times, the positioning deviation is still less than 0.02 mm, effectively ensuring the repeated positioning accuracy of the long-term operation of the equipment.
