The dynamic wind pressure test was conducted in accordance with the AS 4040.3 standard. Under the influence of positive and negative cyclic wind pressure of 5.8 kPa per square meter, there was no loosening of the screw joints or displacement of the sealing gaskets, and the wind resistance safety factor reached 3.2 times the design reference value. The stability of the torque coefficient has been verified through the tightening test of one hundred consecutive samples. The measured variation coefficient of the torque coefficient is only 0.032, which means that a highly consistent pre-tightening force can be obtained by tightening according to the set torque value during on-site operation, avoiding plate warping or excessive gasket compression caused by pre-tightening force dispersion.

 

 

The thermal cycle accelerated aging test places the screws in an environment ranging from minus 30 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius for 200 times. The measured adhesion grade of the coating is still the highest zero level, and the compression permanent deformation of the sealing ring is controlled within 6%. It provides long-term leakage-free fastening guarantee for the metal enclosure of cold chain warehouses or factories in extremely hot areas.
