Precise installation and adaptation

 

The preset mounting holes of the bracket have been precision stamped, and the hole diameter tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm, which is perfectly suitable for M10 or M12 standard chemical anchors. 4 to 6 fixing points are provided on each side to ensure that the force between the bracket and the wall is evenly distributed, and the installation verticality deviation can be less than 2 degrees.

Excellent low temperature toughness

 

Q235B steel can still maintain good impact toughness in a low temperature environment of -20°C.

 

Compared with the risk of ordinary Q195 material becoming brittle at low temperatures, high-quality brackets can still withstand external impact without brittle fracture when installed or used in the cold winter in the north.

Multiple protective coatings

 

In addition to the hot-dip galvanizing on the bottom layer, a layer of outdoor durable powder coating of over 60 microns is added to the surface.

 

This dual protection system makes the total anti-corrosion layer thickness reach more than 120 microns, effectively resisting ultraviolet rays and acid rain erosion.

 

Even after experiencing temperature differences across the four seasons, the coating adhesion remains at level 0 standards.

The surface powder coating provides more than 200 RAL color card standard color options, and the coating color difference value ΔE is controlled within 1.0, ensuring that the colors of the same batch of products are highly consistent.

Resistant to strong winds
