In the composite connection test of stainless steel and galvanized steel plates, the drill tip was made of M2 high-speed steel and could stably penetrate a 1.5 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate and a 2 mm thick galvanized steel plate at a speed of 2,200 revolutions per minute. The drill bit did not anneal and soften. The penetration time after thirty consecutive drillings did not fluctuate more than 0.3 seconds. At the same time, the torsional toughness test conducted in accordance with the SEA J2278 standard shows that after the bolt withstands an installation torque of 11 N·m, its torsional strength still has a margin of 30%. This makes it difficult for workers to twist the bolt due to instantaneous overload when operating a hand-held electric drill. It is especially suitable for fast work in on-site installation of photovoltaic brackets or cold storage metal panels.
