When the aperture is controlled within the recommended range of plus or minus 0.05 mm, the height difference between the nut head and the plate surface after riveting can be maintained within 0.1 mm, and the expansion of the thread pitch diameter does not exceed 0.02 mm, ensuring that the smoothness of subsequent bolt screw-in meets the requirements of the ISO 6H-level internal thread tolerance zone. This is due to the permanent locking effect formed by the anti-rotation tooth design of the tail embedded in the base material when first installed.
